Craig shares an employee wellness and fitness center with Swedish Medical Center with a full array of exercise and weight equipment, stairmasters, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc. The Wellness Center sponsors and conducts a wide variety of classes and activities, from spinning and aerobics classes to organized sports leagues, massages, and wellness promotions. Patients are permitted to participate on an individual basis when accompanied by their therapists.
